Main duties and responsibilities
- Monitor and inspect REIT Manager to ensure that REIT Manager manages the REIT comply with Trust Deed and relevant laws.
- Prepare the REIT's asset list and monitor REIT's expenses.
- Participate in unitholders meeting and provide opinion whether a resolution aligns with Trust Deed and relevant rules and regulations or not.
- In case REIT Manager is unable to perform its duties. Trustee shall have the power to appoint a new REIT Manager.
