Date of Incorporation was 15 November 2013 with registered Capital of THB 10,000,000, comprising 1,000,000 ordinary shares at par value of THB 10 each. Mr. Suchad Chiaranussati is the major shareholder with 99.9998% of total shares. The company purpose is to manage REIT. On 12 November 2015, SCCP REIT Company Limited has received an approval from SEC office to conduct business as a REIT Manager.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Manage REIT and REIT’s assets in accordance with the Trust Deed and REIT Manager Appointment Agreement.
- Set and manage REIT operation and strategy
- Invest and seek the benefit from the assets
- Calculate and disclose REIT asset and NAV value
- Maintain asset in good condition
- Set distribution policy to the unitholders
- Organize annual unitholder meeting or whenever requested by unitholders
