Main Duties and Liabilities
To collect rents, manage, operate and maintain the property for the account of REIT Manager pursuant to the terms, conditions and limitations of the agreement, as well as to protect REIT Manager’s monetary and other assets in accordance with the standards prescribed under the agreement and to maintain the property in good order and operating condition, as well as to perform and supervise all interior and exterior maintenance and repairs.
